Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex electrical systems, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive electrical engineering expertise, with project management skills, and a passion for driving successful project outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.
Commercial Electrical Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE)
Experience Required: 3+ year in commercial electrical project management
Applicant Requirements:
- Must be proficient in reading Blue Prints
- Must be well organized
- Must be willing to travel of work day if necessary (to travel from site to site)
- Must be able to execute projects from start to finish and maintain positive Customer Relations
- Must have at least 5 years Prior electrical construction project management experience.
- Have a vehicle and electrical power tools not mandatory
Experience:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong background in commercial construction estimating (3+ years)
- Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements
- Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals
- Field experience coordinating with construction management teams
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
- OSHA 30 certifications are desired but not mandatory
