We are a busy and growing automotive dealership body shop looking for a skilled Automotive Detail, Paint, Body & Glass Technician to join our team. If you’re experienced in collision repair, painting, detailing, or auto glass, we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to grow in a clean, professional, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Auto Body & Paint
- Repair collision damage, dents, and dings on vehicle panels
- Sand, fill, prime, and prep surfaces for paint
- Mix and apply paint using spray equipment and ensure proper color match
- Polish and buff painted surfaces for a high-quality finish
Auto Detailing
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Perform paint correction, waxing, and ceramic coating (as needed)
- Final vehicle prep before delivery to customer
Auto Glass
- Remove and install windshields, side windows, mirrors, and back glass
- Perform small glass repairs (e.g., rock chips) when applicable
- Use proper adhesives and follow manufacturer safety procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following: auto body repair, paint, detailing, or glass installation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Preferred (Not Required)
- I-CAR, ASE, or NGA certifications
- Familiarity with PDR (Paintless Dent Repair)
