Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Fluent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain.
Experience in an insurance office or a professional customer support role.
Knowledge of insurance policy structures and common coverage types.
Familiarity with agency management software and standard office systems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to document client interactions accurately.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish and English-speaking policyholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
Manage policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with high accuracy.
Explain complex insurance terms in plain language to ensure clients feel confident about their protection.
Collaborate with the agency team to address client issues quickly and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Proactively review accounts to ensure our clients have the coverage that fits their current life circumstances.
Maintain organized records and handle sensitive client information with complete integrity.
