Advanced Health Care is seeking one exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a dedicated care team supporting one private client in her beautiful custom home in Port Orchard. This is not a facility assignment or rotating client schedule—this is an opportunity to become part of a specialized team providing high-quality, one-on-one care in a clean, smoke-free home environment.
Open Shift: Tues, Wed, Thurs - 7a-7p day shift (work 3- 12's and have 4 days off!) Must be committed to working this schedule every week.

This client requires 24/7 care, making consistency and dependability essential. We are looking for caregivers who take pride in their professionalism, show up as scheduled, communicate well, and understand the importance of being a reliable member of the care team.
Responsibilities
- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Transfers and mobility assistance
- Transportation to appointments, outings, and community activities
- Companionship and engagement
- Documentation and communication with the care team
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Current Washington State CNA certification required
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to client transportation responsibilities and insurance requirements
- Ability to safely operate the client's custom wheelchair-accessible van
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a care team
