Responsibilities:
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
Job Duties:
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and systems (e.g., motors, PLCs, drives, conveyors, control panels).
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Inspect and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and instruments.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks on all electrical systems.
- Work with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience with 3-phase motors, control systems, and industrial wiring.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift [50 lbs], work at heights, and in various plant conditions.
- Thorough understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Electronic experience (servo, PLC, signal routing) a plus.
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Pass a drug test
- Applicants cannot have any felonies within the past 7 years and no domestic violence or any crime in which a firearm was used
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Technology preferred.
