**Responsibilities: **
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary requirements are met
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings as needed
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a home health position, cna/gna is preferred
- Ability to provide quality care with empathy and respect
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and healthcare professionals
- Reliable transportation to travel to client residences
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in caregiving are a plus
