Property Manager
Our Property Management firm offers a variety of services – including complete property management, leasing, vacation rental management and corporate housing. Serving Santa Cruz County since 1969, we are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and self-driven property manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and some commercial properties.
- Compensation commensurate with experience, please provide salary expectations.

Job Summary
Responsibilities include marketing and leasing vacancies, managing turnovers, property remodels, coordinating maintenance repairs, providing customer service, interfacing with owners and tenants, and performing property inspections.
Qualifications & Requirements
- CA Real estate license - must be affiliated with our brokerage upon hiring
- Experience: 3 years in residential real estate management
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and with superior time management
- Problem solver who demonstrates logical thinking and provides creative solutions
- Driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Quick learner with a high attention to detail
- AppFolio PMS experience preferred
- Skilled in technology (MS Office, etc)
- Reliable automobile and valid driver’s license
