Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and facilitate ongoing training to uphold service excellence.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal supplies.
- Operate POS systems such as Arrow POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses and optimizing operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems; cash handling skills required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory control, food management, and kitchen operations in quick service or casual dining environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in fast casual pizza restaurant is a plus; culinary experience is advantageous.
