Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to security, safety, and guest privacy at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems required
- Previous hotel experience, especially in resort environments, is advantageous
- Ability to work independently during evening hours while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism
