Pelican Roofing FL is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative for the Venice, FL area.
We are a local, family-owned roofing company serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties, specializing in residential roof replacement and repair, including tile, metal, and shingle roofing systems.
This role will focus on meeting with homeowners, inspecting roofs, preparing roofing proposals, following up with leads, and building relationships throughout the Venice community. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with homeowners, realtors, property managers, and other local referral partners.
Roofing or construction sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with strong communication skills, a great work ethic, and a desire to grow.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting with homeowners and prospective customers
Inspecting roofs and gathering project details
Preparing and presenting roofing proposals
Following up with leads and past customers
Building local referral relationships
Maintaining notes and updates in the company CRM
Representing Pelican Roofing FL professionally in the community
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and organized
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working in the field
Roofing, construction, or home services experience preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
