Experienced Glazier / Flat Glass Technician$22-$28+ per hour based on experience
Glass Doctor of Winchester is seeking an experienced glazier who can perform both residential and commercial glass installations.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and install flat glass for windows, doors, storefronts, mirrors, and custom glass fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Install frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures
- Install mirrors and insulated glass units
- Install storefront systems, doors, and hardware
- Read blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Take accurate field measurements
- Complete service calls and glass repairs
Requirements
- Glass installation experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience installing frameless showers, storefront system, mirrors, and insulated glass unit preferred.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to pass background check

- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, screwdrivers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately

- Must maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
