Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate interest in our offerings
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Lead Perfection to track interactions, update records, and manage leads
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns and company goals
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM software like Lead Perfection or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in marketing or technical sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- 21-24 and hour DOE plus lucrative commissions!!!!
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
