Land Rover Scarborough is looking to add a part-time Administrative & Accounting Assistant to our Team! The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic and efficient with a positive outlook. Prior Dealership and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required. We will be happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct them accordingly. Greet customers, locate salespeople.
- Daily work of balancing credit cards, checks, and cash from all departments.
- Prepare daily mail/UPS mailings. Disperse mail to departments accordingly.
- Keep petty cash/receipts and replenish as needed.
- Stock in and posting new and used vehicles.
- Daily scanning of repair orders
- Posting dealer swaps
- Complete gas slips for service and salespeople. Post gas receipts to proper accounts.
- Prepare cash receipts for Accounts Receivables and post.
- Oversee title and vehicle schedules
- Ordering supplies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- People focused and strives to provide great customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Proficient computer skills preferred
- Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
