Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to automotive maintenance and repair. Duties:
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Repair and replace worn or damaged parts
- Align wheels and perform tire services
- Assist with vehicle inspections and testing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or similar role in an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
