What You'll Be Doing
- Providing attentive pet care including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed
- Keeping kennels, play areas, and common spaces clean, safe, and hygienic
- Handling dogs safely using proper restraint techniques — including large, energetic dogs up to 120 lbs
- Assisting with dog training activities to promote good behavior and socialization
- Monitoring pets for signs of stress or illness and communicating concerns to staff
- Supporting grooming tasks such as brushing or bathing when needed
- Engaging pets through play and enrichment activities to promote their mental well-being
You're the Right Fit If You...

- Show up on time, stay organized, and take your work seriously
- Bring a positive, upbeat attitude even on the tough days
- Are physically active and comfortable on your feet for 6+ hours and can lift 40 lb bags
- Have previous kennel or animal handling experience (preferred but not required)
- Have knowledge of dog training, grooming, pet sitting, or veterinary assistant experience (a big plus!)
- Communicate effectively with both pet owners and team members
Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
