Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community.
In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living skills, community integration, social development, and overall support needs while promoting independence and a positive quality of life.
Provide companionship, supervision, and direct support
Assist with independent living and daily living skills
Support community outings, appointments, and activities
Teach and model positive socialization skills
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals supported
Transport and accompany individuals as needed
Female staff required for this position
Valid driver’s license required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
