The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Restoration Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll oversee crews, coordinate resources, communicate with customers and insurance partners, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do
- Manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion
- Inspect job sites, take measurements, document scope, and prepare estimates with photos/diagrams and signed authorizations
- Coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors, and timelines to keep projects on track
- Monitor work in progress and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards
- Train, mentor, and support restoration technicians
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors regarding progress, billing, and changes
- Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners
- Prepare and manage Work in Progress (WIP) reports
- Support emergency response efforts, including occasional after-hours or short-notice situations
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in restoration services
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, processes, and best practices
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- ASD and WRT certifications (preferred)
- Basic math and estimating skills
- Negotiation and project coordination experience
