WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Run day-to-day operations: labor scheduling, food cost, opening/closing, team accountability
- Hit weekly KPI targets (food cost, labor %, sales per labor hour, voids, waste)
- Own the guest experience from first call to door close
- Manage a small team with structure, not chaos
- Report directly to ownership — communicate clearly and proactively
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years running a restaurant, pizza operation, or food service location — not just working in one, running one
- Proven experience managing food cost and labor cost, not just following orders
- Someone who reads their numbers, not someone who guesses

WHAT WE OFFER:
- $52,000–$58,000 base salary depending on experience
- Performance bonus up to $6,000/year tied to hitting location KPIs — food cost, labor, and sales targets you directly control
- Total comp at target: $55,000–$64,000
