GOODER is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. We are a premium kitchen, bath, and custom cabinetry company with one of the largest kitchen and bath showrooms in the Bay Area. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and production support activities.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries.
- Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Prepare and stage materials for delivery, customer pickup, and production.
- Load and unload cabinetry, appliances, and related materials.
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and tools as trained.
- Support production and showroom teams with material movement and logistics.
- Perform general warehouse and facility support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Compensation: $21–$24 per hour DOE
