About the Position
Technology Learning Center is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Admissions & Career Services Coordinator to help prospective students begin successful careers in the skilled trades.
This position is responsible for recruiting and enrolling students, managing prospective student inquiries through HubSpot CRM, conducting community outreach, supporting Open Houses, and assisting graduates with employment opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Manage prospective student inquiries in HubSpot CRM.
- Conduct admissions interviews and campus tours.
- Follow up with prospective students by phone, text, and email.
- Guide students through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate admissions records and student files.
- Plan and participate in Open Houses and recruiting events.
- Build relationships with high schools, career centers, employers, and community organizations.
- Assist graduates with resumes, job searches, and employment opportunities.
- Track graduate employment outcomes for accreditation reporting.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required, Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Previous experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, customer service, or education.
- Experience using HubSpot or another CRM strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective students and making follow-up calls.
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.40 per hour
