We are seeking an energetic, compassionate Weekend Activities Assistant to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Clearwater, Florida. This role is perfect for a CNA who enjoys engaging with residents and helping create a positive, social environment.

Position Overview:
The Weekend Activities Assistant supports the Activities Department by assisting with group and individual activities that enhance residents’ quality of life, social engagement, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and leading recreational and therapeutic activities
Encourage resident participation in group and one-on-one activities
Escort residents to and from activity areas as needed
Provide positive interaction and emotional support to residents
Assist residents with basic needs during activities
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized activity environment
Work closely with the Activities Director and nursing staff
Requirements:
Active Florida CNA license (required)
Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday
Friendly, patient, and engaging personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
