Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and create a welcoming, engaging onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and required documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Enroll new hires in employee benefits and partner with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and benefit administration.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with employee relations, policy administration, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees by providing guidance, answering questions, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments to support organizational goals.
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to new initiatives as our community continues to grow.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities and provide support in other HR functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Human Resources experience required; healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) preferred.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable with a willingness to embrace change and continuous learning.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
