We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate transportation operations, ensuring the efficient movement of freight and goods across various routes. Responsibilities
- The Transportation Logistics Coordinator Professional is responsible for managing freight and shipment activities across multiple modes, including intermodal, OTR, and cross‑border operations.
- This role ensures efficient load planning, carrier management, shipment tracking, and invoicing while leveraging logistics systems to optimize processes.
- The professional supports customer service excellence, process improvement, and compliance with operational standards.
- Freight & Shipment Management: Coordinate third‑party logistics operations, manage outbound LTL, FTL, and intermodal shipments from planning through delivery.
- Load Planning: Oversee dedicated truck operations and optimize load planning.
- Carrier Management: Manage day‑to‑day carrier performance, KPIs, and relationships.
- Systems Utilization: Use TMS, WMS, and YMS to manage shipment and logistics data.
- Tracking & Invoicing: Track and trace shipments, ensure timely POD collection, and support invoicing accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and maximize carrier utilization.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.
MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of Transportation, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, 3PL, Dispatch, or Supply Chain Operations experience.
- Experience coordinating outbound LTL, FTL, Intermodal and Cross-Border shipments.
- Experience working directly with carriers, freight brokers, trucking companies, and transportation vendors.
- Track & Trace experience including POD collection, shipment visibility, and delivery updates.
- Experience using TMS, WMS, ERP, SAP or other transportation management systems.
- Strong KPI reporting, carrier performance monitoring, transportation analytics, and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills with internal teams, carriers, customers, and vendors
- Spanish bilingual is Required
- Should have minimum high school diploma or GED (Bachelors Preferred)
Shift Timing: 8:30AM-5:30PM
Weekly schedule: M-F

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
