Responsible for bar cleanliness, implementing marketing techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes with manager
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Process customer payments using cash register or POS system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Mixologist
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with Clover POS system or similar software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
