About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing periodontal practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about patient care and education. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our periodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality care to patients in need of specialized periodontal maintenance and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene services.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and home care routines.
- Assist with charting, documentation, and radiographs as needed.
- Our hygienists rarely perio chart, create treatment plans, or take radiographs.
- These are usually completed prior to the patient’s hygiene visit
- Collaborate with the periodontist and team to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
- Maintain a clean and organized operatory and follow all infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Dental Hygiene License.
- Local anesthesia, laser, and nitrous oxide certification required.
- Previous experience in a periodontal or specialty setting a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for patient education and preventive care.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
