Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of trucks, including box trucks.
- Load and unload furniture and accessories.
-Stage and destage houses.
- Transport furniture and accessories to various houses and to warehouse.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate with bosses and other team members to coordinate job assignment.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have experience driving various types of trucks, including box truck.
- Ability to safely load and unload furniture and accessories on and off truck.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers, and team members. Must speak and understand English.
