Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring timely service and presentation of drinks.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous serving experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Familiarity cocktail recipes is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
