What You'll Be DoingProvide Compassionate, Resident-Centered Care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility assistance
- Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and safety
- Build meaningful relationships through conversation, companionship, and emotional support
- Support evening and overnight routines while helping create a calm, welcoming environment
- Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff
- Follow individualized care plans while providing consistent, compassionate care
- Work closely with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to ensure exceptional resident experiences
