Madden Industrial is seeking a skilled Apartment Demolition and Remodelers.. These positions are responsible for completing apartment unit demolition and renovations.
*Shift Monday – Friday 8am – 5:00pm or varied shift(s) dependent on location.
*Must pass a background check in accordance to family housing
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartments and common areas, including:
- Demolition due to water, fire damange
- Carpentry (e.g., door repairs, cabinetry fixes)
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and property management
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of demolition, general carpentry and remodeling commercial, or multifamily housing preferred
- Basic tool belt
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
