Parts Specialist

Duties:
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Identify and label parts for easy retrieval
- Assist with sourcing and procurement of parts from various suppliers
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of required parts
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track inventory and order history
- Coordinate with warehouse management to optimize storage and organization of parts
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external vendors
Skills:
- Familiarity with automotive service and auto body repair parts
- Experience in warehouse management and procurement processes
- Knowledge of logistics systems and supply chain management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
