Duties
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe clearing, and clog removal using specialized tools such as plumbing inspection cameras, power tools, and hand tools.
- Operate company vehicles safely to reach job sites across residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct plumbing inspections, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance solutions.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately assess plumbing systems.
- Utilize welding, pipe threading, and assembly skills for repair or replacement of damaged piping or fixtures.
- Maintain water systems by repairing or replacing components in accordance with local building codes and safety standards.
- Assist with remodeling projects or construction site tasks that involve plumbing system installation or upgrades.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs.
- Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, parts used, and work performed for each job.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial settings.
- Hands-on experience with drain cleaning techniques and equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
- Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs.
- Experience operating company vehicles safely within commercial driving regulations.
- Mechanical knowledge of water systems, related to plumbing, and general construction site experience.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repair tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizes or fluid flow rates.
- Prior handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
