Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential sites. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring technical expertise, heavy lifting, and precise craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Install and service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sump pumps, and piping systems
- Perform sewer rodding, hydro-jetting, and camera inspections as needed
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding findings, solutions, and estimates
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all jobs meet local Illinois plumbing codes
- Complete job notes, photos, and costs in the company’s job management system
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment while following Fly Plumbing policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings
- Proven experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures
- Hands-on experience with water heaters, sump pumps, sewer lines, and drain cleaning equipment
- Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No criminal history (background check required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
