Job Overview
We are seeking a positive and dedicated Daycare co Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate has childhood development experiance (school or work) and a genuine love for working with young children and helping local families. Our teachers are what make our in home daycare a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
working 3 days a week 8-5:15 Mon/Thurs full or half day Friday
We offer PTO, and help with continuing education, with room to grow
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children 8 weeks to 5 years old in your care at all times.
- Maintain a fun, interactive space that is clean and organized.
- Make and record of daily snacks and meals using Brightwheel
- Assist with daily routines including diaper changes, play, crafts, and nap times.
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall daycare experience for children.
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a daycare or child development classes required.
- be at least 16 years old and pass background check
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
