oHHo The Old Firehouse is retail space and cafe located in Bedford Village. We are looking for highly professional and experienced baristas and retail associates to join our team.

oHHo The Old Firehouse is a busy and dynamic place. We have found success in growing the business over the past 5 years and are looking to find the ideal candidate who can add noticeable value to the team.
We are hiring baristas and sales associate to join our growing team. Previous barista and/or retail experience is needed. This is a high volume, fast-paced environment where we uphold high standards of quality and customer service. You must be able to work under pressure, have a can do attitude, and be willing to jump in when an extra hand is needed.
We are looking for someone to bring kindness, positivity , consistency and competence in our retail space and with our local events. If you are able to provide great customer service, have a desire to learn, and grow with us and be an asset to our team, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors to the store
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Being highly knowledgeable of the oHHo brand and products
- Making coffees and other beverages
- Providing beer and wine service
- Providing front of shop assistance to customers
- Handling transactions
- Stock rotation
- Inventory counts
- Keeping the bar exceptionally clean at all times
- Keeping retail display beautifully merchandised at all times
- Answering phone
- Opening and closing the store, utilizing checklists provided
