Rocket Services LLC is a licensed and insured Colorado moving company with steady growth and a loyal customer base. We’re hiring variable part-time Moving Assistants who want flexible, active work — and we’re offering more than just a paycheck.
If you’ve got the strength, stamina, and positive energy to help people move stress-free, this is the role for you. You’ll stay active, earn tips, and pick your own shifts right from our app. Whether you're looking for supplemental income or steady part-time work, we make it simple and supportive.
What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, and move furniture, boxes, and household items
- Navigate stairs, tight spaces, and tricky corners with skill and care
- Use moving equipment properly and lift safely
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle items with care
- Follow instructions from your team lead and support your crew
- Represent Rocket Services with professionalism, energy, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- Show-up reliability is everything here ... confirm a shift, show up on time. We pay above gig-app rates because we count on you.
- Strength and stamina to lift up to 75 lbs on your own, repeatedly throughout the day
- Endurance to stand for long periods, walk extended distances, and climb multiple flights of stairs
- A great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to hustle
- Dependable and punctual — we rely on each other to stay on time
- Solid teamwork and clear communication skills
- Background check required before starting
- Valid driver’s license a plus (some roles may include driving)
- Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites is required
Pay
- Base Pay: $20–$30/hr
- Tips: Often $20–$100+ per project (not guaranteed)
- Bonuses: Available on select jobs
Schedule
- Pay Frequency: Every Friday
- Same Day Pay Available: Get paid faster — cash out earned wages early
