High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience and/or knowledge of custodial operations.
Experience and/or knowledge of maintenance operations.
Possess a valid Indiana driver's license.
Commitment to the team concept and a strong work ethic.
The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee may also have to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
