Overview
Seeking Welders, fitters and structural steel fabricators with knowledge using stick 7018 structural, uphill welding and erections of I beams, square tubing and other components.
All fabricators must feel comfortable for field install and 50/50 work in shop and field.
Applicants will be considered with at least a 2 year experience in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for fitting and welding various components according to blue prints.
Most of our shop fabrication is fabrication of structural steel such rectangle tubing, plates etc.
We preform a lot of custom shop work and every project is unique if you are looking for growth and like to learn new things we are looking for you!
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Perform stick welding (SMAW) and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) on various materials.
- Fit and assemble metal components using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other machinery safely to move materials as needed.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in stick welding (SMAW) and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW).
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
- Experience with ductwork installation and fabrication.
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts, rigs, cranes, and other heavy machinery safely.
- Knowledge of using precision measuring tools such as micrometers for accurate measurements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
