Overview

As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or needing assistance during the overnight shift, ensuring their stay is comfortable, secure, and memorable. Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to uphold safety protocols.
- Assist guests with special requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- Maintain guest relations by providing friendly service and addressing concerns with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or guest services roles.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems and night audit procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
- Previous hotel experience or similar hospitality environments is preferred.
