IPERC, International Partnership of Education Research and Communications, develops international education programs with a mission to promote effective educational research, innovation and communication in a global setting. By strengthening and linking educational institutions globally, IPERC facilitates the development of leadership, the capacity of individuals, and organizations to address local and global challenges in education.
Responsibilities
1. Program Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner schools and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate with regional program administrators to ensure the successful implementation of all programs.
- Monitor program performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure effective cost control.
2. Program Development
- Support the planning, development, and expansion of new company programs and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing programs and contribute to the organization's long-term growth.
3. Program Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure program objectives, timelines, and service standards are consistently achieved.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and patience.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel as needed.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
