Harvest Container Company, Inc. is a manufacturer of corrugated boxes serving the agricultural industry. We are a growing company located in Lindsay, CA, committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as a key link between our customers and production team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and supporting inventory and production planning to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders
- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication
- Coordinate with production and scheduling teams to support inventory planning and order fulfillment
- Enter and manage customer information and order data accurately
- Assist with tracking orders and resolving customer concerns
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Experience in manufacturing, corrugated packaging, order management, or inventory planning is helpful but not required. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
