Simulation Operations Coordinator (SOC)
The Simulation Operations Coordinator (SOC) designs, facilitates, and oversees high-quality, clinical-based simulation programs in support of Donor Alliance’s education and training initiatives. This role applies adult learning principles to ensure simulations are evidence-based, realistic, and aligned with organizational goals. The SOC collaborates closely with staff, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical partners to deliver well-coordinated simulation experiences and evaluate outcomes to ensure training objectives are met.
Design and develop clinical simulation scenarios that are evidence-based, realistic, and aligned with Donor Alliance policies, best practices, and regulatory standards.
Facilitate and/or support simulation-based training sessions, including pre-briefing, scenario execution, and debriefing.
