Black Swan Hospitality is building the opening team for By The Sea — our newest coastal venture opening this July. We’re searching for culinary-driven team members: the kind of cooks who can plate with finesse and hustle while also jumping into the beautiful chaos of a restaurant opening with knives ready and standards high.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific kitchen station
- Prepare and set up your station for service, ensuring proper stock levels for expected volume
- Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
- Cook menu items efficiently while coordinating with the kitchen team for timely service.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Properly store, label, and manage food inventory
- Communicate effectively with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Participate in nightly kitchen breakdown and cleaning duties
- Ensure adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, proper food storage and sanitation practices
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
