Quality Assurance Manager

Salary: 73,000.00 – 93,000.00 DOE
Titan Tire is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead plant quality systems, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and support continuous improvement across all tire manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA operations and represent quality in daily plant decisions
- Oversee quality systems from incoming materials through finished goods
- Manage ISO 9001:2015 compliance and internal audit schedules
- Develop customer & supplier quality relationships
- Improve QA processes and maintain quality documentation
- Supervise QA staff including Quality Supervisor, Technicians, and Lab Technicians
- Maintain quality indicators and ensure timely reporting
- Oversee lab, calibration, and testing
- Support cross‑plant quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred
- Experience in tire manufacturing and materials preferred
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or engineering
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical methods and sampling techniques
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
- Proficient computer skills
