Overview
We are searching for a senior technical leader to guide and oversee classified modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts focused on foreign threat systems. This role is intended for someone who brings deep technical credibility and can speak fluently to the engineering, modeling, and analysis work, while leading teams that execute the detailed development and simulation activities.
The successful candidate will act as the technical authority and program lead, shaping technical direction, reviewing and validating analytical approaches, and communicating complex concepts to government stakeholders. While this role does not require hands‑on coding or model development, it does require a strong understanding of modeling and simulation techniques, RF and sensor systems, EW concepts, and systems engineering principles to effectively guide teams and make informed technical decisions.

- Lead technical planning and strategy across system lifecycles, including requirements interpretation, integration, test, validation, and sustainment
- Act as senior program manager for large, complex efforts, balancing technical execution, schedule, risk, and performance
- Engage directly with government stakeholders to discuss technical concepts, results, risks, and future capability needs
- Drive growth of modeling and simulation capabilities, including identification of modernization opportunities such as AI/ML integration
- Supervise first‑level managers and support the development of engineering and software talent
