We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our growing Family Medicine Practice located in beautiful Cleveland, Tennessee. Established in 1976 and managed by a father and son team, we have been serving our community for 50 years. As a Physician Assistant, you will treat our patients ranging in ages 2 to geriatric providing high- quality care while working closely with the Doctors and other healthcare professionals on staff. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on preventive healthcare measures. Salary: From $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient needs
- Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and medication management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform minor surgical procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Collaborate with medical imaging professionals to interpret radiographic images
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient response to treatment
- Provide critical care support in emergency situations
Requirements:
- Eligible for Tennessee and DEA licensure
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Proficiency in data management systems and electronic health records (EHR)
