Higher Movement is a family-friendly dance studio dedicated to providing quality dance education in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We are looking for a warm, outgoing, organized, and relationship-focused individual to join our team as our Family Experience Coordinator.
This role is much more than a traditional front desk position — this person helps create the overall experience families have at our studio.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome students and families with enthusiasm and positivity
- Learn student and family names and build relationships
- Help create a warm and welcoming environment
- Greet and assist trial families
- Answer parent questions in person, by phone, and by email
- Support student retention and family engagement initiatives
- Assist with registration and scheduling
- Help maintain an organized and upbeat lobby/front desk area
- Support studio events, performances, and special activities
- Work closely with studio leadership to ensure an exceptional client experience

Customer service, hospitality, childcare, dance studio, education, or front desk experience is a plus — but personality and people skills are most important to us.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
