Overview
Buffalo's Best Roofing & Concrete Company is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to support our roofing and construction operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring materials, equipment, and supplies are delivered efficiently to job sites throughout Western New York. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and capable of assisting with warehouse operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate pickup trucks, box trucks, trailers, and other company vehicles to transport roofing and construction materials.
- Load, secure, and unload materials while ensuring proper handling and minimizing damage.
- Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to residential and commercial job sites in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation.
- Maintain clean and organized company vehicles and warehouse areas.
- Assist with inventory management, material staging, and warehouse organization.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment safely.
- Communicate with project managers and field crews regarding delivery schedules and job site needs.
- Pick up materials from suppliers and vendors as required.
- Assist with snow removal, shop maintenance, and other operational tasks during slower seasons.
- Support crews with material handling and equipment transportation when needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and Department of Transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- CDL Class A or B license preferred but not required.
- Minimum two years of commercial driving, delivery, or construction experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, trailers, or heavy equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds repeatedly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Experience
- Roofing or construction industry experience.
- Flatbed or trailer towing experience.
- Forklift certification.
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one).
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
