Security Officer Patrol Dispatcher
As a Security Officer Patrol Dispatcher in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Allied Universal Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or designated contacts.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, unusual behavior, and/or property damage.

Support daily operations at the location by assisting with access control, visitor assistance, and routine observations of building conditions that may require attention.
Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
