Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and/or commercial settings.
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems efficiently.
Perform welding and pipe threading tasks to ensure secure connections and system integrity.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing issues during field service calls.
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as excavation crews, electricians, HVAC, etc to coordinate project tasks seamlessly.
Lift heavy materials safely and adhere to all safety protocols while working.
Maintain the ClearWater Standard of uniform and appearance on every job
Complete trained processes to allow seamless transition between office and field for customers
Provide thorough notation and photos for every job to further the customers education and decision making
Maintain communication with office/ dispatch throughout the day
Provide plumbing apprentices with thorough training of both company processes and plumbing skills by allowing them to work alongside you
Follow up with customers on open bids through phone calls periodically
Attend company meetings and product trainings
Qualifications
Valid Drivers License
Pass pre-employment drug test and background screening
Pass insurability check for driving company vehicle
Valid and active Tradesman Plumber license by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
