Job Summary- The Provider Quality & Productivity Analyst responsibilities include but not limited to monitoring provider productivity, performing trend analysis, and supporting quality improvement initiatives across provider operations. Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures through structured peer review activities, supports audits and accreditation efforts, and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs). The position requires operational knowledge in mid-revenue cycle operations and flexibility to support credentialing functions as needed.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

Track, analyze, and report provider productivity metrics.

Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.

Develop dashboards and regular reporting for leadership review.

Collaborate with operational leaders to implement data-driven improvements.

Develop, update, and maintain SOPs related to provider operations.

Ensure SOPs reflect current regulatory requirements and organizational best practices

Coordinate and conduct provider peer review processes to ensure clinical and operational quality
Minimal Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field, will consider combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, quality, or provider services.

Experience with audits, accreditation processes, or regulatory compliance preferred.
